STAIRS: Most departments layout with a 2’ foot square and stair guides, or with a large bevel square. This method combined with a need to layout each individual stair pan or clip is an enormous waste of company time. Using assembly techniques that are presumed to be standard and adequate procedure in this department is vastly consuming company profit.
